A great and innovative program that introduces young minds to the basic foundations of dance, through play in a positive and fun atmosphere . It will not only foster a love of dance, but it will also give dancers a good head start for continuing on in our pre competitive program or recreational programs as they grow.

Here at Mercury Dance Academy Ltd. we are proud to offer a program that promotes inclusion in the dance world. We feel everyone deserves an opportunity to experience dance and to be a part of the dance community. This program is geared towards dancers with disabilities and mobility concerns. Our teachers have over 50 years of combined experience in working with children and adolescents with disabilities and are fully trained and committed to ensure a safe and fun experience for our dancers.

Offered weekly in various styles, our adult classes promote active living while having fun. If you are looking for a night out, a reason to exercise, or just enjoy dancing to great music, this program is for you! Through this program we offer a range of beginner classes in different genres, including Ballet, Stretch and Tap class. Come out and put on your dancing shoes.
